    Claudia…love your channel. So basically this is a take of a California burrito using papas instead of papas fritas. You should add refried beans to it to make it 100%!!

    I had the privilege of being invited to a "pot luck" style meal every night at work while I was going through college. There were a few hispanic mothers who would always make the most amazing meals like you do. I moved on after college to my career but I certainly miss the cooking those ladies generously provided me. I'm trying to learn to cook more hispanic dishes and love some of the mexican and salvadorean dishes ive made using your videos. Thank you so much for such straight forward, simple, and rewarding content. Your family is very lucky to have such an amazing woman.

    Okay, this was AMAZING! We did it exactly as you said, only difference was we did Carne and Pollo, using the exact same marinade, what a wonderfully tasting burrito..My family has given you 10 🌟!!

    Sorry but no, never put potatoes on a hamburger or in a burrito, unless it's a breakfast burrito then maybe.
    Potatoes don't have enough flavor, they just get in the way of the meat. Unless of course there's gravy on them which then again is basically liquid meat.

    I lived in Phoenix back in the 80s. I worked with a guy who took me to all kinds of Mexican food places. When I say places I mean homes or little places on the side of the road that was just a window. Talk about heaven!

    Made a vegan version using some plant based ground beef (still made that really bomb marinade), vegan pepperjack cheese, and I served it with your Mexican rice recipe, my favorite avocado sauce recipe, and my favorite salsa recipe and it wassss bomb- your recipes are always amazing 🤤❤️

    Similar to a California burrito 🌯 which is usually carne asada with French fries 🍟 but no avocado surprisingly 😂, but Alberto’s has the best California burrito, I don’t know if Alberto’s is in AZ

    LOVE EVERYTHING YOU MAKE. Question: In the video you mentioned, garlic cloves, onion powder, oregano and then what sounded like "consume" but it doesn't list it in the ingredients. Can you clarify please?
