    Pro tip: brine overnight in pickle juice for juicy and tender chicken and flavor throughout. Brinning makes up for the chicken not being fried. Can use buttermilk and/or dill pickle juice (I prefer just dill pickle juice).

    This is been one of the best chickens I have had for a while! What made it better was your dry Rub receipt. I did everything you did but I added I little bit of oil and rub it in the chicken before seasoning it and did the dry rub but got Chile and lime instead of just the chile part and it was great! Thank you now I have a go-to receipt!

The metric system is awesome, why Liberia, Myanmar and the US don't use it other than within the military and science community is a mystery.

    I was so miserable with my air fried cooking that I was contemplating quitting my diet until I seen this video. I seasoned mine with salt, pepper, garlic powder and onion powder and it’s so juicy I can’t believe this is air fried and now the possibilities for chicken are endless for me all over again to ease me thru this weight loss period
