Well I was gonna make birria de res this week, but after seeing this video I've go to make this now. 🙂 Claudia I also really love how you use the baking racks and tin foil to blister your chilis. Brilliant!

Wow, that's a gourmet burrito to me. It looked so yummy. I will try this recipe, but I can't bring myself to spend so much time on a brisket. I would want to do something else with it. The fanciest I would get is to use some ground round or ground sirloin.

Great recipe! Looks so good! The container you used for your beans is great for pouring the broth without having to skim the fat off with a spoon. Thanks for great GREAT recipes.

Hi Claudia, when you say green chilies what variety do you mean? I googled is and there are 7 varieties of of mexican green chiles. LOL. If you can't tell I'm a novice to mexican cooking but you are teaching me!

Amazing! I'll be making these tomorrow for Sunday dinner and cannot wait! I'll let ya know how they turn out!

Your recipe reminds me of a restaurant I used to frequent when I lived in Phoenix, AZ called Poncho's. I'd order a cheese crisp covered in green chiles and a 3-way burrito, heaven! Oh, they also had something called a Pollo Fundido, chicken chimichanga covered in jalapeño cream cheese!

Anyhoo, thank you again Claudia, amazing recipes!

I think I would rather have one burrito made with red and one made with green. Of course I wouldn’t turn it down 3 way either! In New Mexico they would call it Christmas style or in Mexico they would call it divorced.

Okay, I'm literally in jelly mode right now. You make these great amazing burritos and I'm sitting here eating hot dogs that were boiled in water and wrapped in a slice of bread 😂

The sheer number of steps, ingredient list and time spent on both prep and cooking is staggering for the end result of a burrito.

Yet our girl Claudia still says it's "quick & easy". LOL

It looks amazing, of course, all her cooking is great. This woman is incredible.
