Hi Mandy, I once had a noodle dish in southern China a few years ago. I don’t remember the Chinese name. It had a different sauce than I ever had before it was kind like Tahini. It also had pickled mustard greens and pickled long beans. I have not seen any recipes like it. I was hoping you might know something like it. I would very much like to try to make something like it. It seemed to be at a lot of little lunch counters so I don’t think it was unique to one place. If you know anything like this I would love tp hear about it! I just enjoy your show so much please keep it up!!! Much love from Texas!!!

Bought some shrimp to try out your wing recipe on but now I think I am going make these shrimp balls with some Swai fillet I have on hand. You are right young lady DimSum is the best way to enjoy Chinese culture at its most laid back. As a youth I would always go to Hop Shing in N. Y. C.'S Chinatown. The Best in N. Y. C. 🐼✌💗
