Did you read my mind? I was hoping you would make ramen one day โค๏ธ I had something else planned for dinner but I ran to the supermarket to buy the pak choy and made this instead. Absolutely delicious! I forgot to salt it though ๐Ÿ˜‚ so I added the salt to my served plate.

Awesome recipe Felu, guess I'll have to add miso paste to the grocery list. Also, a small tip : you can peel ginger roots with a spoon to avoid wasting too much flesh.

Having tried cooking with Shirataki for a few different dishes, specially stir fries, your method of preparing them is a absolute game changer. I always found the texture to be super strange. A bit soggy almost squid like ^^
But the way you did in this video is applicable to almost every dish with Shirataki and makes them so much more enjoyable.
I went from 105kg to 82kg using mostly your recipes and I must say staying in a caloric deficit was never this enjoyable. Much love <3

I just want to say, I've used shirataki noodles in the past and hated the texture. Coming across your channel was worth it just for the dry fry tip alone. It fixes the texture issue I had and I'm starting to use these noodles again. Thanks! ๐Ÿ™‚

Not bad at all.. you can have a full breakfast, and two bowls of this for dinner, and still be in a caloric deficit. Love low calorie meals like this. If only they sold they noodles in average grocery stores
