    Question 🙋‍♀️
First of all I am your big fun,
So my question is while I am enjoying watching your video, I notice you don’t rinse the rice? So is that how to cook the rice? I mean, I can cook the rice without rinsing it? Or that’s how to cook the rice when making chicken rice?

Looking tasty and delicious. There is also a European version of a whole poached chicken, which is very popular in my family. Instead of rice we serve cooked whole vegetables: parsnips, potatoes, carrots, cabbage and white sauces either with garlic or dill or parsley.
    It's very tasty and mild.
There is a rice dish which I really love. Potato-rice bake with sweet paprika. Onions (roughly chopped)at the bottom then a layer of potato slices, followed by a layer of (half cooked) rice, streaky bacon repeat the layering. Sprinkle generously with sweet paprika the top-last layer which should be potatoes and bacon, and cover with aluminium foil. Bake in a hot oven. Uncover the last 5-10 min to crisp up potatoes. Very easy and super delicious.

All looks amazing but I have a quick question. What can I substitute for curry powder? . I REALLY REALLY dislike curry powder. The turmeric chicken rice is something I’ve not tried before.

One time my cousin made this, but she got distracted by the kids when she got to the chicken and she strained the chicken while the broth went straight down the drain 😭
