This is such a wonderful recipe; the perfect blend of flavors and I love how the hominy gives a slight sweetness to each bite.  I made this soup with the stock recipe on Laura's channel.  The stock is insanely good.  I also added carrots to the soup which compliments the hominy well.  This was my very first time making soup and I am very happy with the results.  Thanks so much for the wonderful recipe!

Also you don't to overpower a soup with turkey, you already have meat it's best not to use the same stock with it too. Like we wouldn't use a pork stock in a pork soup, we'd probably use chicken or turkey stock so you have a variety of flavors.
