    I've lost 3 pounds. I've found over the years that whenever I am logging all my food honestly, I get in great shape. I track my food using Chronometer. I think it is a fantastic tool.

    Need to implement this. I really miss crunchy foods when I attempt to eat this way.
    Have at least 80 lbs to release.
    I know, living with Type 1 Diabetes, eating LFWFPB is best. But somehow I justify eating it if it’s vegan.
    Simple doesn’t seem to satisfy me.

    Congratulations on 10K subscribers! What was my 1st week on Starch Solution like? In short…I ate a ton of food! But I stayed half and half plate, oats for breakfast, big salad for lunch and the weight started to come off. It worked and is still working. Also congrats on your weightloss this week. Your smiling face and glowing complextion tells it all.
