Maesri is a good brand, and their panang and curry pastes are also vegan. They make prik khing curry paste so of you like green beans I highly recommend that. Thai Kitchen is more ubiquitous but has to be the weakest curry paste I have ever tried. Hot Thai Kitchen did a taste test for curry paste and Maesri ranked high for a vegan option.
I donโt like tofu is their anything else I could use please? Cheers
