I didn't have sprouts, just bok choi. It never occurred to me before that the white part of bok choi when blanched for just a minute is about the same texture and crunch as sprouts. Great soup!

Marion – Noodle soup is expensive and hard to find where I live [Dhaka, Bangladesh] but it's one of my absolute favorite things in the world. Every other recipe I have ever seen takes either ingredients that I can't find or hours of simmering. Yours is the only recipe I've ever managed to follow and GOD it was AMAZING <3 I could not believe that I made that haha Can't thank you enough!
