Years ago I was watching Patrica Yearwood's cooking show & she said her dad always called Worcestershire Sauce "What's This Here Sauce", I loved it and that's what I've called it ever since…
The Parmesan one looks really good and would be a good base to do different things with, you could probably add cheddar cheese powder or white cheese powder and herbs or spices, even a little bit of jalapeño or you could just put cheese in the middle and wrap some of that around the outside to make a cheese stick. For a different texture and you might be able to flatten them out and make little sticks or even chips or crackers or even bread, maybe throw some of that on the dash mini waffle maker. 🤔 I’ll definitely have to try those.
I tried the fried cheese balls. I used a whole egg and monterey jack cheese which I combined the ingrediants into my little food processor. They were absolutely delicious.
I'm going to try the cheese/crab rangoon recipe right now. I have provolone though, not sliced mozarella. I don't see how it won't work with provolone.
Can you roll them in some keto sugar right after you pull them out of the oil, to make them taste like those really yummy sugar donut holes that you buy at a Chinese buffet restaurant?
Normally, crab Rangoon has a slight sweetness to the crab mixture. I think it's a touch of honey, so if you add just a little artificial sweetness to it, it will be a little more like the regular mixture. I'm definitely going to try the balls and crab Rangoons but I will have to use the cheese for them because I can't have wheat. What is the name of the chili sauce you use?
Ooooh what if you took the crab filling rolled it in the parmesan egg white and fried it crispy. Or tuna filling or any other…..oh now I want to try this for finger food on Christmas eve.
Emily i see you pronounce worcestershire with a bit of uncertainty LOL. it's pronounced "woostershire" or "wuustershire" like the way you pronounce Worcester Massachusetts LOOOOL the Parma balls i am definitely making it!!
Something I like to do with cottage cheese is blend it with a keto sugar and cinnamon maybe a little vanilla flavoring when I just need a taste of something dessert wise. You can get creative with this🙂
Hi ladies- so adorable as usual- thank you for trying these recipes!! Try whipping the cottage cheese in a food processor or stand mixer and adding a tablespoon of dry vanilla pudding mix, sweetener and vanilla extract it’s delicious!!! It keeps in the fridge for a few days!

Add a tsp of ground porkrinds for flavor and crunch on the cheese ball recipe and some spices.
Wooster its pronounced wooster sauce xx
Em, Do they have a very strong parm cheese flavor like crispy parm chips?
You guys are a trip and a joy to watch! I'm gonna try out the parm balls 1st.
Here’s a sauce hack for your crab rangoons…G. Hughes makes a bomb sweet chili sauce.

The crab Rangoon’s look bomb!
I bet the cheese balls would be good with the cottage cheese mustard dip, or even replace the cottage cheese with cream cheese🤤🤤🤤
Love you two !! Going to try the cheese balls
How about adding Minced Lamb/Beef?😉
I want that one! lol😄😁😆🤣😂
The Parmesan pearls excellent… would like for you to make more of his recipes … thanks

There is a brand called Good Good that has apricot jam sweetened with erithrytol and stevia extract. Idk how it tastes.

The fried parm cheese is amazing. The fried pearls are beautiful.
I am 5'10" and learning about this keto world. Your videos entertain and teach me. Thank you for your style of preparing recipes. Chaffles are fun.
Great job ladies!😀👍 Enjoy the rest of your week 💜🙏✌❄🎄☃️

The cheese balls have the same ingredients as chaffles – egg and cheese
I love it! I'm going to make the cheese balls! Thank you for your awesome content!! ❤❤❤
Maybe if you season the things that might taste better who knows I know I don't know if I'll try it….
The cheese balls look good but I think I’d season it 🤷🏻♀️

Onion and garlic would be amazing in those cheese balls.
Okay, I’m definitely going to try those parm balls!! Looks simple and delicious. Plus, I’m a sucker for all things crunchy and crispy.
Anyone tried those Parmesan bites in an air fryer???
💎
I loved the mozzarella cheese idea. Aldi sells huge ones that are about the size of a tortilla. The possibilities are endless!!!
Did you guys use the Parmesan that come in green plastic container or did you shred some?
Is this using just regular supermarket parm in a plastic jar?
I would add some bacon bits and jalapeños to the Parmesan balls.
Hello there

I love lilsipper!!!! Her recipes on Instagram and in her blog are way more detailed🤣
What kind of Parmesan cheese did you use for that second hack?
Do you think maybe it should have been shredded Parmesan instead of grated kind? When making the fried balls
Maybe use the extra thin slices of cheese. It would be more crunchy!?
Something I like to do with cottage cheese is blend it with a keto sugar and cinnamon maybe a little vanilla flavoring when I just need a taste of something dessert wise. You can get creative with this🙂
He looked like he used fresh grated parm.

….and now we're going to be making "Parmesan….BALLS." lol
Mixing spicy brown mustard with mayo makes a great dip for shrimp.
They all look interesting, thanks for sharing, food for thought.
Yummy…. thank you…need to try these
