The Parmesan one looks really good and would be a good base to do different things with, you could probably add cheddar cheese powder or white cheese powder and herbs or spices, even a little bit of jalapeño or you could just put cheese in the middle and wrap some of that around the outside to make a cheese stick. For a different texture and you might be able to flatten them out and make little sticks or even chips or crackers or even bread, maybe throw some of that on the dash mini waffle maker. 🤔 I’ll definitely have to try those.

Can you roll them in some keto sugar right after you pull them out of the oil, to make them taste like those really yummy sugar donut holes that you buy at a Chinese buffet restaurant?

Normally, crab Rangoon has a slight sweetness to the crab mixture. I think it's a touch of honey, so if you add just a little artificial sweetness to it, it will be a little more like the regular mixture.
I'm definitely going to try the balls and crab Rangoons but I will have to use the cheese for them because I can't have wheat.
What is the name of the chili sauce you use?

Something I like to do with cottage cheese is blend it with a keto sugar and cinnamon maybe a little vanilla flavoring when I just need a taste of something dessert wise. You can get creative with this🙂

Hi ladies- so adorable as usual- thank you for trying these recipes!! Try whipping the cottage cheese in a food processor or stand mixer and adding a tablespoon of dry vanilla pudding mix, sweetener and vanilla extract it’s delicious!!! It keeps in the fridge for a few days!
