    You messed up the “mid,” chicken, you only used light and not 1/2 light and 1/2 dark soy sauce, which is why it’s salty because light is very salt and dark is sweeter. It’s also the reason you’re missing color, because dark can caramel use easier. You also forgot the chili, added to much oil, and most likely put it on too much of a high heat.
