So I spent the weekend editing and watching my first Eurovision ever! It was actually really good…I mean, it's weird watching it from the UK. Apparently, we're not so great, but maybe don't care to be?😋…but yah, Italy was AMAZING. I'm playing the song non-stop. No idea what it's saying…going solely based on my 2 semesters of college Italian.

May I humbly request 🙏 to please add a taste test and review segment at the end of your videos?

You create some awesome recipes with lots of effort and creativity. However, if you can eat some of it, and review its taste, texture, and does the dish meet your expectations then it would be extremely helpful.

By the way, is it possible to substitute vegetable cooking oil instead of shortening (while keeping it vegan)?

Very interesting technique, I will definitely try it with croissants.
Also, thank you for showing where Yunnan is, that was quite helpful 😅

Looks amazing as usual. I would love a video on what kind of steamers to use on what foods. You seem to have loads of different ones but I only have a bamboo one and an electric one and some people don't have any. I know lots of ways there are issues with condensation. I am selling steamed buns and dumplings to help fundraise for people in need to have low cost counselling and i don't know how to advise people to reheat them, esp in the microwave as I don't have one.
