The one thing that annoys me about air fryers is the "roast", "bake", "broil", "air fry" settings. They literally do nothing apart from change the temperature, which you can set yourself anyway.

Air frying is so great for anabolic diets. You can make protein pizzas, donuts, etc without added fat. And the size means it's much easier to clean too
As someone with a super busy schedule i own one of these and it has been a life saver, I would constantly order takeout or buy some cheap easy food but with this thing I can cook a real meal so quickly and easily thanks for more recipe inspiration fellas. Keep it up!

I have an air frying lid for my instant pot. I use it as a deep fryer substitute. I can't otherwise justify the price of all the oil, or the space for a fryer.
