I would suggest finishing under the broiler or on the grill rather than the oven
You set the timer for 20 minutes and then after 5 minutes you went to venting and then at around 10 minutes the valve dropped down and you opened the lid. What about the remaining 10 minutes?
Should there not be liquid in the bottom of the pot if pressure cooking it for 20 minutes?
