That looks yummy to me. I can imagine how living there with no AC has to be a challenge when you are not used to the heat and sticky….haha. It's funny how you seem to time your videos when we are just thinking about what to make for dinner soon and meal prep for the week and are equipped with an instant pot.

This looks SO yummy & perfect for hot FL weather here! QUESTION: Would you please do a video, like this, that has a white sauce? My kids love white sauce in their chicken & broccoli, but I’ve just to find a recipe they like.

Hi Flo! Has it been hard for you guys this summer due to the record breaking/unprecedented heat waves in the Pacific Northwest? Sorry I forgot to ask before, but I hope it wasn’t too bad for you, especially with having no AC. On another note, your electric bill must be nice, I live in Florida and the bill is always high in the summer from the AC usage lol.

So glad you've done an Instant Pot video, it has been awhile…lol. I work long hours so quick Instant Pot meals are the best. Can't wait to try this for tomorrow's dinner. Thanks Flo.

Humid I can relate to. Here in Atlanta we normally have about 70% humidity. Which pretty much sucks. Having said that your recipe today is extraordinary and I want to make it I just have to get fresh broccoli. Thank you so much! And I’ve noticed how much prep you have to do just to stage each one of the scenes You and dude are amazing produces be well -john

Hi Flo, you need an AC just for in case of emergency. I have two large fans one for me one for my fur baby. That looks so good, I might be ordering that, I am starving they are working in my apartment, I can't cook but got a lot of cleaning to do.😭

My husband likes his veg VERY soft. His celery diced, his fresh green beans and his broccoli all cooked for 4 minutes. I know i know but the Instant Pot is able to accommodate all tastes. He is 92 now but even at 52 he liked them overcooked, not this much but not as i like mine. I want the texture. Thanks Flo. My basmati rice i cook for 4 minutes rinsed and a slow release for 10 minutes. Be perfect with you chicken teriyaki. Might be dinner tonight since i have some boneless skinless thighs i can cook and a bag of broccoli just waiting to be overcooked. (grin)
