    Gyudon bowl looks so delicious! I'd love to make it, but where I live beef is quite expensive and it's also hard to get a good one. I feel so envious that you can get thinly sliced beef ready to be cooked.

    The garlic sprouts can make the meal bitter, also. I always take them out of my garlic. These both sound great! I love onions, so that is a big plus for these recipes. And the low fat is another wonderful thing. Thanks for sharing these recipes.

    Lean beef in the USA and England are often just called "roasts" because the most common method of cooking them (to keep them tender) is to slowly roast them in an oven in a lower temperature, sometimes for hours depending on how large the cut of meat is. But the idea of cutting it up for a stir fry is not something I"ve tried. I'll definitely give it a try for that first recipe for sure!
