Kelvin! I haven't had pata de vaca in so many decades! Wow, I had forgotten about this recipe I grew up with. Good stuff and always belly warming. Yeah man, over white rice is the way to go. Thanks for bringing up memories of good home made food.

Yess!! Great recipe! I love using the Instant Pot, it is so quick, easy and convenient! Pata are a good unique meat too, I love cooking it as well!
