I’ve never had turnips. In San Antonio we eat a lot of tacos with potatoes. I’ll try these turnips instead of potatoes. Didn’t know how to prepare them before, peel and cube. Easy enough. Thank you.

Today I watched this video and today I made this for the first time. I cannot believe how much they taste like potatoes! I got these at a food bank today and had no idea how to make them. I love potatoes and I will be making these more often than potatoes now. Thank you so much for posting this video.

I grew turnips in my garden for the first time this year. I have only just started locating turnip recipes but this looks great. The final presentation with the sprigs of parsley really made this turnips pop. Thanks for sharing this, looking forward to try roasting some soon

For the single guy like me, who hates to cook, I roast a tray of these with a red onion, cool them and store them in the fridge. When I need a meal, 2 minutes in the microwave, covered with chopped turkey or chicken pieces and dinner is served.

I cooked mashed turnips for the very first time today. I've never eaten them by themselves except cubed up in some greens. I had no idea they were so tasty. A lady in the produce department told me the best ones to get are the smaller ones so I bought 5. Next time i'm going to try this out. Thank you

This looks delicious!! I tried to make them but mine tasted bitter 🙁. How do I choose a correct turnip at the store?? I noticed the ones that you’re using are smaller than the ones I purchased. Does it matter how big or small they are?

I just bought turnips and kohlrabi from the Green City Market in Chicago. I'm going to make Kimchi and roast some with the cabbage, I also got. Yum for me. Thank you for joy in which you share with. Blessings.
