I have a "super" air fryer. It's 2 levels, double doors. You can put casserole dishes in. We use it daily all year long for most baking/toasting. Only use the big oven for big batch cooking.

Suck yummy sounding and looking recipes! I use my airfryer a whole lot, all year long. I recently made fajitas and we really enjoyed them. I marinate in a lower sodium taco seasoning, from Aldi, along with olive oil and lime juice. ๐Ÿ˜‹โค๏ธ

Here's what I do with our air fryer oven – For those 1st chicken breasts and the paste (1st & 3rd recipe)…Put them in a zipper bag and pour the paste / seasonings in the bag. Massage them until they are completely covered. Then air fry. To really lighten the calories, put all the dry seasonings into a shaker jar, spray the breasts with olive oil, shake the seasoning over the breasts like a rub on both sides, then spray with olive oil again. I'm a South Texas girl raised on Mexican food. For your fajitas, might I suggest Bolner's Fiesta Chicken Fajita Seasoning (you can order online). They are made in San Antonio, TX and are the BEST seasoning for all things Mexican food. Traditionally, 'fajita' means a thin strip cut of meat, vs. a cooking style. So fajitas are actually made by grilling entire whole pieces of meat and then sliced thin after they are fully cooked. That prevents them from drying out in the air fryer. If you want to pre-cut, be sure to spray them well with olive oil prior to cooking. Also, for great tortillas, wrap them in foil and put them in the oven on Toast for 4 minutes. They have enough moisture in them to seam by themselves. For all air fryer oven cooking, I line the bottom tray with a cheap foil. Works great for easy clean up!

I've been using my airfryer more. In fact I use it so much that I'm considering getting a larger one. I also use my instant pot and crock pot at least once a week.

When are you going to write a book with your recipes? I get great ideas from watching you. One of the morning shows needs to have you on as a guest to cook as well so everyone can see how well you cook an how you teach us an how sweet you are.
