It's my favorite dessert since I was a kid, but I've gone dairy free. And tiramisu is one the only things I miss. If you do make a recipe for this, it should be pretty easy for me to modify it to be dairy free.

The one drowning in espresso in particular reminds me of the local specialty coffee place in my hometown. Sadly they use cream cheese instead of mascarpone. But the biscuits are soaked in so much delicious espresso that even that switch can be forgiven.

What a great short! I have a newfound palette for tiramisu. If you are ever in Cocoa Beach, Florida, go to the Hilton Cocoa Beach Oceanfront, and there is a gelato place called Gilberto’s. Best gelato I’ve tasted. The tiramisu gelato is amazing!
I love the very pudding-like tiramisu I get at Pizzeria Paradiso in D.C. I almost always find cake-like ones disappointing.

Well, Treviso isn't the home of Tiramisu' unfortunately, I hope he clarifies that in his video or I would be quite disappointed…
PastaQueen has the best recipe for Tiramisu if anyone is interested to make this at home. I make 6 shots of espresso + rum or amaretto, dip the lady fingers in the coffee. In the the remaining coffee I add sugar, boil it for 5 minutes and you have a coffee syrup. I pour the syrup when I serve the tiramisu. This enhances the coffee taste.
And on with consuming everything coffee (or coffee flavoured)
Treviso is wonderful and criminally unknown by non-Italian tourists. Best food I had in Italy and of course, tiramisu
