I LOVE making this roast. The meat should ALWAYS needs be seared on all sides first. If you don't, it won't be as flavorful and it won't look as good. I'm just sayin.🤷🏽♀️
Ohhhhh man!!!! I make this a few times a year, I usually season it up then put it on the grill to give it a nice sear then put it in the slow cooker. Man, I make sandwiches, or put it over rice or noodles, it’s also great to take to work for lunches during the week.
