Iraqi Dolma is possibly the greatest stuffed vegetable recipe in existence. It has an extremely pleasing tangy flavour thanks to the use of Pomegranate Molasses, …
I just stuffed a whole water melon using this recipe
This looks DELICIOUS!!!! You just earned a sub and like !
why would you put the onion in the microwave 😗😗 just peel it like it is. this way u will get 100% of the onion flavor that's how my mom do it 😁😁
This looks yummy! In my Turkish Grocery nearby they have bags of dried little hollowed out aubergines that form little cups, I guess they are for something like that. I have to try it out.
Obi – please help! 1. Your list of equipment showed a vegetable PEELER but not a vegetable CORER. I see mixed reviews on Amazon for all CORERS. Can you tell us the brand you are using? 2. Also you listed minced beef as an ingredient but I think you missed mentioning it should go in the stuffing mix with the rice. I cut the rice quantity in half and I accidentally had a full recipe worth of ground beef, but I found this made alot of extra filling. So I put the extra filling on the top of the vegetables in the pot.
العراقيين وينكم 😅😅
As they say, never trust a skinny chef. This dolma looks amazing, I'm tempted to try my hand with it despite being a terrible cook (I happen to be quite skinny).
Where the potatoes ?
i tried the Lebanese 2 kind of Doma they called Mahashi belhami which is cooked with meat stock and Mahashi bel zait is cooked with OIL which is my favorite but this new Iraqi way is surprisingly yummmy thank you so much for the recipe 🙂
Step1: Conquer lands with rich ancient cuisines as Ottomans.
Step2: Naturally rename them to turkish names over time and call it "turkish cuisine".
Step3: 2021, Middle Eats comes to the rescue of Persians/Greeks/Levants and sets things straight.
Next time put the chard stalks on top. They’re the best part of the dolma.
Yes pleaseee I need this!
I made this yesterday following your recipe. Turned out really well and delicious. Thank you very much. 👍
To little meat to much rice. Poor mans belly fill.
Is looking good but too much work, better go an buy a whoapper and believe is a dolma.
In Iraq, the Iraqi dolma is one of the favorite foods for all Iraqis. I hope you come to Iraq and try all our food. We Iraqis welcome you to our country😊💕
Thank you for the neat presentation ^^
May i suggest you to try the Kurdish dollma
Its done with lamp ribs at bottom , yogurt, vine leaves and onion.
Every iraqi house loves that dish.
Hii middie East last time i tried the recipe but I get issue the Pot is burnt and stuck? What should to do the next time cause am still obsessed with your recipe 😉
Hi Obi, my wife and I tried these dolma this evening and they were fantastic! I was a bit worried that with all the sour components in the sauce and rice mix that the tangy ness would be too strong, but we followed your recipe and it was perfectly balanced. The only thing I did differently was add a little more salt to the glaze as it seemed a bit too sweet when I made it with ingredients we have available in Australia. I also put it in an oven on 160C for an hour in the pot after cooking on the stove for the first 15 mins. Thank you so much for your recipe. We will definitely make it again!
Looks like absolute dawg shit
Hhhh
I love Dolmas!
They're DELCIOUS!
This looks heavenly. but it's a lot of work in my small kitchen.
I bet it tastes real nice but that looks like literal shit.
Great job, Obi!. I recently found your Chanel and I'm a huge fan. I watch all food Chanels and yours is one of the best .
Looks like it is a delicious recipe.
All made with vegetables.
Do you know how to make the Iraqi gamers?…
I found some that recipes but they speaking Arabic for the recipe.
It's made out of heavy whipping cream and milk.
Thanks
Next time you cook it don't use potatoes because it absorbs most of the flavor, instead use lamb ribs in the bottom of the pot.
Iraqi dolma is the best (yes, as an Iraqi, I'm being bias 😁😁) Thanks for the great video !!
🇮🇶🇮🇶😋😋
Since when exactly did Üç Bacı become "Iraqi"? 🤣🤣🤣 unless you are an Iraqi Türkmən aka Azərbaycani, this – and numerous other recipes – has nothing to do with Iraq. Everyone and their mama wants to steal our heritage 🙄 so annoying. Translate the word "dolma" from.arabic to English. Of course you can't. And İ can 🤣
Iraqi version is best, but not everybody kan make it right, it can’t be dry. This is my favourite dish in the entire world😊
Music is haram bro
Im Assyrian my family from North Iraq, I love dolma man, I grow the leaves in my backyard in Canada.
Beautiful 🙂
I love this recipe, and I love to say Allbergine.
OMG thank you, there's a local Iraqi restaurant that makes onion dolma and it is literally MOUTH WATERING…can't wait to try it but I wonder if I can use grenadine instead of pomegranate molasses since I already have that around….
The stuffed onions are my favourites as well 😍 Amazing work
