    Thank you so much, Tami, for sharing with us, and congratulations on your successes so far. White listening to you I became intrigued, went to Sia’s website, and signed up for the MF Boost Liver Healer program in April. Given that I am a previous imbiber of alcoholic beverages, I am excited to be doing more for the health of my liver. I’ve got the nutrition down, I exercise on my rebounder, I meditate, and love breathing exercises (as an RN I even teach them to my patients), read, and do daily word games so I’ve am including each of the dimensions in my life, but I am looking forward to learning how I can include more to make my life less stressful. Thank you, again.

    Started IF in october and i lost 4 kilograms and i went from overweight to a bmi of 23. I eat from 11 till 6 o'clock. I wash the dishes and clean the kitchen and then i brush my teeth. It is very relaxing that i do not have to think about food in the evening. Still cravings at night but i promised to myself i do not do food after 6.
