Yes I would love to know what happened because I am on the Synthroid medication and I also don’t sleep that much at night and I also do 20 hours of anime but the bad thing is I only eat one meal a day and I know that’s not good. I also want to learn how to learn how to meditate,I workout in morning cannot eat before workout. Best of luck to you Tami, love your channel and love my bowel from Hollandbowlmil.

I listened to Sia's interview. I want to join the free book club, but when I hit check out nothing happens. How do I know I have joined? Do you get an e-mail? I just can't figure how to join. Can you help me in any way? Thanks!

Thank you so much for all the helpful information! You will never know how much you are appreciated. The common sense instruction on preparing food, the firm grounding in science and fact- and most of all the care and compassion- all are deeply appreciated. ❤️

I grew up in Italy and the adults only had black coffee in the mornings, they did not eat until midday or 1pm and then again at about 7 or 7.30pm, so they did intermittent fasting. Children and teenagers though ate breakfast (not so healthy, e.g. croissants or brioche or biscuits with milky coffee), lunch of course, afternoon snack (also not healthy) and dinner. I don't think it is healthy to skip breakfast in the mornings, and it's one of the reasons why I look forward to getting up and starting my day. I could not work on an empty stomach, I'd rather finish eating early in the day, around 5pm. Good luck with the fasting Tami and with sorting out your infections and GI problems, x

Best of luck to you, Tami, on this next step in your health journey! I understand your desire to enhance your health further. Though my diet was quite clean before I did a 10 day water fast with Dr. Frank Sabatino, I did learn much more from the experience and fully committed to SOFAS Free since and I had health improvements which included the prevention of uterine cancer; a scan I had undergone 1 week to the day after I returned home from the fast proved it! I am excited for you!👍🙏
