Thanks Gregg and Martha, some good info here.
I’d like to hear Martha talk about fermentation
Some people will not eat fruits and vegetables out of a garden. Only store bought
Such relatable subjects:
– sharing produce with neighbours
– I've found that the only ones who avail themselves of my offer are fellow gardeners who realize that it truly is an open ended offer
– drawing mind blanks

Just got myself a food dehydrator. Looking forward to try lots of things with it this year
Well, thank you for your answer. I was hoping for some magical secret to be able to enjoy zucchini a more fresh-like state in the seasons you can't jus grow it. I did try drying it in my dehydrator this year, as well. We'll see what I end up doing with the resulting chips.
Excellent interview!
Thanks for doing this interview! People like Martha have such a great depth of knowledge and often people don't get to hear their insight without going to post secondary! I find it so rare to find people who have scientific backgrounds and research with a goal to actually use and eat the food! Thanks Greg and Martha!
The five minute rule! See, I didn't know that; that's the benefit of someone who has so much experience, they literally have it down to a science. Thanks for this!
🤦 She lost me @ the microwave. Why OH why does anyone even own a microwave? Why would anyone eat nuked food? 🤔 Is it any wonder American's are so unhealthy.
I enjoyed this interview very much. Two real people talking about one of my favorite subjects. I learned several things. Thank you for doing this.
