I have been watching your videos for a long while now and generally enjoy them. However, this one really irks me when you proclaim that your version of the Garlic Chili Noodles is “better”. Really?! You may have eaten countless time in a restaurant or even maybe visited China as a tourist. Now having watched a youtube video or found the recipe somewhere online, you are not only an expert on Garlic Chili Noodles but declare yours as better. The sheer arrogance is just socking!

u can flash fry in pan too instead of cooking it that long with chilli n garlic so still same or closer to pouring oil
