    I bought a slab of pork belly yesterday! ( no nipples! I checked!) Now to pick up a few of the ingredients that I don’t have, I am planing on making this for dinner in a few days! It looked so good! I can’t wait to make it!

    OMG, Flo. I just made this and it is insanely good. I burned myself doing it the old fashioned way by oil splatter. This is a super-tidy way to make it and no injuries! I added 3 Thai chilis (be jealous, Dan) and woooooooooow. Well done!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
