Egg Fried Rice in Instant Pot

Ingredients :
Rice – 1 cup ( used sona masoori rice )
Eggs – 2
Onion – 1 (medium size ) chop into slices
Garlic cloves – 4-5 ( chopped )
Carrot – 1/2 cup ( chop into small pieces )
Green Beans – 1/2 cup ( chop into small pieces )
Peas – 1/2 cup (frozen )
Capsicum – 1/2 cup
Spring Onion – 1/2 cup
Rice Vinegar – 1/2 Teaspoon
Soya Sauce – 1 teaspoon
Water – 1 & 1/2 cups
Salt
Procedure :
On Saute ,
Add :
Garlic – sauce just – 30 seconds
Onion slices – saute onions till they are translucent
Now Add :
Eggs ( beat eggs ) – keep stirring till they are cooked
Add :
Carrots , Green Beans , Frozen Peas and mix well.
Add :
Water , Salt , Black Pepper and mix well
Cancel Saute
Close & Seal the lid
Set Time :
Manual – 6 minutes
Pressure – HIGH
Release – Wait for 10 min then release the pressure
When Pressure is released , open the lid ,
Add :
Vinegar , Soya Sauce , Capsicum, Spring Onions
Mix Well.
Close the lid back for 5 minutes or more.
