Instant Pot BBQ Ribs Recipe:
Ingredients:
2 cups apple juice
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
1 cup brown sugar
6 large country style ribs or a rack of baby back ribs
BBQ sauce of your choice
Directions:
Pour apple juice and apple cider vinegar into instant pot and turn on the saute setting to warm them while you get the ribs ready.
Rub the brown sugar all over the ribs pressing it onto them.
Turn off the saute setting and place brown sugar coated ribs into the juice mixture in the instant pot.
Put on the lid and secure the valve to the sealed setting. Press the meat setting and lower the time to 32 minutes. When the 32 minutes is up allow it to rest for five minutes and then release the pressure.
Take the ribs and place them on a foil lined baking sheet. Rub them with the BBQ sauce and place them in a 350 degree oven for five minutes. DONE! Quick, easy, and delicious fall off the bone BBQ Ribs!!

I am moving across the country this week, so I apologize if I don’t respond to your questions quickly. I have been using my Instant Pot a lot this last week while I’ve been packing and getting ready to go! So I’m sharing a VERY quick meal that can be made in just a few minutes! I’m making Salmon and Potatoes right in your instant pot. The best part is…. it takes 3 minutes to cook. Yep. You read that right! Instant pot salmon only takes 3 minutes!
If you are just starting out using the instant pot, this recipe is PERFECT for you! The best part is, it is a dump and go, so you can throw everything in, set it, and walk away!
Just remember when using the Instant Pot, it takes 10-20 minutes to pressurize!
