Gabe! Pay that student loan off girl lol 😂 if I had the money just sitting in my account the student loans would be gone today and I would be debt free! If being debt free is your dream goal, stop over thinking it and do it. Especially since you have the money

I am in the same boat with house conversations with my husband. To dream home or not? I think I'm leaning more towards selling when we are ready to downsize once the kids move on and then build/buy our dream home suitable for our "older" years.

We started the process of building in 2019 and it was completed in 2020. We put down $1000 "lot hold" fee and then $10,000 builder fee not 10%. I'm thinking like Chad prices have skyrocketed so much and down payments have followed. Gabriel I need a mommy make over too and my baby is 40!🤣🤣

    Hey Soror do it!
I went out the country and had a tummy tuck & lipo!
The military paid for my breast reduction with a lift and I had that done in the United States.
The only pain I was in was from the lipo. I’m a nurse and I went back to work in 8 weeks both surgeries.

Y'all are so cute and fun! Glad mom's surgery went well, praise God 🙌🙌🙌🙏🙏🙏 Praying for a smooth recovery! God is a healer! 🙏🙏🙏
I love what the young lady said about the house. Write a list of pros and cons about your current house and the new house. But also ask yourself, if this isn't your dream house, then why are you moving? What is it about your current house that you don't like? Can you make changes to be to your likeness? And if changes are made, would you be happy?
I have to say Gabrielle and Dem question books, hilarious 😂😂😂😂😂 BTW, if you don't mind can you link or name the Kindle you got. Looking for one for my mom. Thanks in advance! Thanks for sharing!
    God bless you guys! 🌹🦋💐

I think you guys should also consider that even if Chad leaves in 10 years for college, he may need/want to come back home after college for a while. Who knows what the job market will be like at that time. Plus, thinking about how it could have possibly benefited many of us to be able to come home after college for financial reasons, and still have some semblance of privacy for everyone.

Thank you for another great episode. I like it when you guys just share and update us on life.

Gabe- For as long as I can remember. You’ve always talked about how you wanted to be debt free and pay off your student loans and to hear that you haven’t paid them off because it’s zero interest is crazy to me. God has answered your prayers and made this possible and for you to have the money sitting in the bank is a slap in his face. Girl if you don’t pay them off and give God his glory!!!

Also debt freedom is the goal!! You even said it in the episode. Why build and be in debt even longer?

You introduced me to this idea of ever becoming debt free and Dave Ramsey years ago. Sis stay course.. I’m so proud of you guys! You did it!! 👏🏾👏🏾

PS- Schedule the surgery. Once again you’ve been talking about this for a while and here it is. Make it happen. I love you guys. Stay safe 😊.

My kids left for college and are now moving back in now that college is done while they get their adult jobs etc. so they may not move out for good at 18 years old:) My 1450 sq foot home feels extra small with 5 adults living in it. Just food for thought!

Hey! Love the podcast. In my opinion, 9 and 4 year old children still have a long time left at the home. There are still tons of memories to be made! You may not have babies, but you guys definitely have young kids. If everything else makes sense, build the house! Your kids are still young.

Gabe, how do you know that EVERYONE that does a podcast is TITLED? You don't know for sure, so I wouldn't be so hard on yourself about having a specific topic ALL the time. Don't be hard on hubby about that. You guys are good 👍🏿 We probably wouldn't even know😅

We've build our dream house without any loans from the bank and no credit whatsoever in 2 years and we have no debts, and because we have animals in the farm we are exempted on our land tax.

Hi Gabrielle and Chad, love you guys! Just my opinion, but maybe continue to build equity in your home and stay there until Ceej and Reagan are both off to college. Then have your empty nester home built. It sounds like you're at a point right now that building a new home may not be right for now. I agree, your current home is beautiful. Keep it and either rent it out or sell it. Then with your empty nester home it will be less expensive and you two can travel more. 🙂

Great Podcast guys and Gabe i am happy your mom is feeling better . And Gabe i think that you guys should stay in your home because whatever you guys will love to have in a new home you guys can just have someone come and work on adding it to your beautiful home you guys live in now . And just stay there because you guys might end up paying so much more money .
