hey kirby love all your videos, i have a question. in your video it looked like you used one 3.5 oz. package of achiote paste. and your recipe calls for 6 oz. , did you use 3.5 oz. or 6 oz. . i just want to check with you to be sure. thank you so much for your videos. you are a great cook.
