Taco soup is probably one of the easiest things to make in the Instant Pot. Few ingredients, but full of flavor. Top with cheese, sour cream, avocado, you name it!

  1. Meals Under Pressure
    Meals Under Pressure says:

    Ingrediants:

1 1/5 lbs of Italian sausage (I like bying it in the casing and removing it)

    1 large white onion

1 can of black beans (rinsed and drained)

    1 1/2 – 2 cans of white shoepeg corn

    1 can of diced tomato

    1 packet of taco seasoning

1 packet of dry ranch seasoning

    Instructions:

    1. Turn on the saute function on the IP and add about a tbsp of oil

    2. Brown the sausage at the same time you are sauteing the onion

    3. Once the sausage is browned, and the onion is cooked down, turn off the saute function

    4. Add the beans, corn, tomatoes, taco seasoning and ranch seasoning.

    5. Fill up two of the empty bean cans with water (more or less to how soupy you want it), and add to the IP

    6. Put the lid on seal, and manual cook on high pressure for four minutes

    7. When the four minutes is up, quick release the pressure
