I made this recipe for my family tonight and it was SO GOOD!! The flavors and creaminess of the potatoes are perfect ๐
It's in the oven. I used 1.5 lbs of ground round and my homemade taco seasoning. Mixed in some of the beef mixture into the potatoes. Looks good do far. Hungry. OK, it's outta the oven. Wonderful. But will add more beef mixture into the potatoes next time. Cover with foil for the 1st 30 minutes. Leftovers tomorrow. Yum.

If you let your meat brown for a few minutes it is easier to break up. ๐
