    RECIPE BELOW!
EDIT: During filming I forgot to add minced 8g of minced garlic after I stir in the onions. This is just another layer of flavor that bakes into the beef and is highly recommended. Let the minced garlic sit in the middle of the pan for about 20-30 seconds until it becomes fragrant and mix in. If you make this you should definitely leave a review in the comment section and tag me on IG. I love to see what you create!

Okay so I just have to brag on this! First a funny story….my damn oven crapped out- “poof” went the heating coil after I had everything else prepped. I was so damn mad I could just scream!!! But….I instead made REALLY fantastic enhanced quesadillas on stovetop. I promise to make another batch VERY soon (with my newly repaired oven) and to specs on your video as intended. I SO need to brag on the meat mix as this is perfect and addicting AF!!!! I’ve used it also on cheddar rice cakes with guac cup as snack- sooooooooooo gooood!!!!! Anyway, although I know your recipe will be the shizz- the seasonings for the meat were absolutely perfect! I hope this helps the algorithm too!!!!

Why would you add M.S.G? Especially for a health version/weight cutting meal? It affects the BMI negatively, which makes this recipe contradicting (studies were done taking 0.3g-0.6g a day = drastically lower than this recipe).
So if someone is using this recipe a couple/few times a week. It can worsen their health+BMI….

Nick, the refried beans I buy at my store are not fat-free and are 70cal/130 grams. The fat-free version is higher in calories at 90cal/130 grams.. this doesn't make any sense to me, thoughts?

That’s exactly how I make my ground beef for any Mexican dish! Throw that into a tortilla with some scrambled eggs, hash brown, pico, cheese, avocado and cilantro(I also spread some jalapeño pub cheese on the tortilla that gives hella flavor for very low kcal) and bro, you gonna have the best breakfast burrito of your life no 🧢. If using low carb tortillas u gonna need 2 because it’s a big boi burrito! I’ll dm u on IG the pic of the burrito lol
