    Simple and hearty. I’m sure it’s delicious too. Not sure you have time to reply but I was wondering how long the sauce lasts in the fridge. That’d be a sauce to have ready for last minute meals. I love steamed veggies. They’re so versatile.

    For the sauce instead of water you can add your favorite unsweetened plant milk to make the sauce a little creamy, or you could add some cashews or a little bit of avocado as well. Great easy recipe, thank you.

    Where is your Szechuan pepper? I found organic black Szechuan pepper an an organic market (Fiddleheads in New London). I will give it a try with your recipe. First I would infuse the pepper into a versatile oil such as coconut oil. Then use the oil in cooking.

    honestly, the issue with weekly budget videos, that that most of them dont bulk buy. cuz if you bulk buy in amounts that are bigger than a week, you will see you spend muchhhhhh less per week than if you bought in week sized portions
