    I do 5-6 mins high pressure with 10 mins natural release followed by quick release (seems to taste better) I also chuck in some garlic cloves and add butter and some curry powder or garam masala, pepper, salt, and sub in coconut milk for the cream… no sugar needed… I also don't usually peel them before since I can grab a corner of the skin and it peels right off at the end… it may not be traditional (kind of a caribbean feel if you also put in some peppers) but they are so good I can eat a pot full of them

    While I love using this machine, and it makes things ALOT easier and quicker, keep in mind that is will take more than 5 minutes. Each time it has taken this PPCXL approx 10 min to come to pressure. So please add that at least 10 minutes into your cooking time!
