Ok, at first I thought this dish was kind of too much with the marshmallows but when I made one for Thanksgiving it was delicious and amazing! I also added a bit of orange 🍊 zest- gives a refreshing flavor. Making this dish AGAIN for Christmas. 😅

I am really looking forward to trying this out for Christmas. I had candied yams for Thanksgiving, though I want to try making a casserole instead. I'm half-tempted to add a pecan streusel over the sweet potatoes and maybe make a pattern with the marshmallows on top.
