I just put some in my instant pot! I love sweet potatoes and came on YouTube to find a good way to make them in mine. I’m a newly converted plant based lifer and am so excited about my health and how my body feels with this transition! Also I want to tell you that your smile made me smile the whole time I watched you lol 😃
The way your eyes lit up taking out your sweet potato just makes me happy.
So I tired this with one very large sweet potato and it was still hard in the middle at 30 minutes. It took over an hour and it still wasn't to the point the skin was falling off. It did taste yummy though. I will try to pick smaller sweet potatoes next time to cut back on cooking time!
Would anything change if I only had 1 large sweet potato?

30 minutes is about twice as long as charts pressure cooking sweet potatoes. Did you experiment with time and decide that 30 minutes with the best? And why?
Do you ever do a double row of sweet potatoes? I'd like to load it up a little bit more with a double layer.
Many of the links that are supposed to be at the top of the screen are missing. You refer to one in this video but I never saw it. They are missing on other videos too

Can I put more than 3 in the pot by layering one on top of another or is that bad?
they work well with the steamer that comes with the instant pot, but not as well with a steamer basket, takes longer to get really soft. Great video, thanks.
30 minutes is too long. Whole sweet potatoes, 12-15 minutes, high pressure, natural release.
