    I'm just finding you JL and I'm so glad I saw your soy milk maker on top of your fridge and then you talked about it. I love mine – I've had for only a couple of months. I am going to try yogurt 1 more time… I have tried it several ways (the single ingredient kinds recommended by others) & it usually is soupy. Yours actually looked quite soupy too, but I will try it one more time because I love the flavor. I'm also excited to try the sw potato / okara recipe. I have an abundance of okara – haha.

    Natural flavour I think is another name for MSG.
    For a broth I pressure cook them, then I put the cooked vegetables /broth in the blender, then I can the broth in quart jars in the pressure cooker. It lasts forever. It's great for a chilli base.

    How do you guys feel about AGEs (advanced glycation end products)? They apparently cause cell damage, increase the rate of ageing and are created when you get that browning on veges, like in air frying, roasting etc.

    thank you so much, I didn't know about JL Fields and now will look her up. One of these days I want to get a pressure cooker, I looked at the instant pot website and they were all out of stock (in the UK) and none on Amazon, what other brands could I trust in the UK?
