I did these over the weekend….my dough was super fluffy to the point i couldnt roll, it wasnt sticky, did my best to add little flour and roll, my emps werent fluffy & were a dark brown….running out of time I put the dough in the fridge overnight, tried the next day, dough still about same HOWEVER they came out a beautiful brown and fluffy, i decided to not attempt a roller but shaped my hand.? Maybe i did the yeast wrong??
