    as someone who has tried (and not fully succeeded) at this 3x I can say this is great advice ! especially the friend part. I’m constantly being told I’m crazy, extreme, unnecessary. But if you have a buddy who you can turn to, to remind you that you aren’t insane— you just care about your health. That makes all the difference !

    The day before yesterday I was at a swim meet for 4 hours and the only food they had there that I could eat were hot dogs. But the bun was stuck to the hot dog so I had to wipe it down with a paper towel🙄everyone was giving me weird looks😄 I am on day 8 now and have lost 12 pounds!

    +Off-beat Homesteader! 2 rounds of Whole30?! Nice! Loving your tips and look forward to checking back as I work my way through the next month. I started Whole30 two days ago and decided to VLOG about it… jus posted my first ever video with my starting weight, measurements, and pictures so I can track my progress through it all.
