I am a almost 64 year old woman with some limitations with my knees and I did more than these two ever did. I worked in my two garden beds picking crops, watering and planting more seeds, washed, dried and folded two set of bed sheets, washed, dried, and folded towels, cooked dinner, baked zucchini, cooked breakfast, baked brownies, and I cleaned one of my rooms. I also worked 5 days a week and paid my bills during the week. I started that list on Friday. So I worked on this Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. I did well more than these two did in one day.

IF there is any mortgages or liens owed on the house ; it will need to be paid off prior to changing ownership. Assuming another's debts only happens if you marry or cosign. The house will need to be reappraised because of change in ownership, tax evaluation & insurance.. Jim's credit will be checked. I tried to explain to him that his wife would also have a "say" in the property as they are married. Thus Meaning, she does not have to follow him to Colorado. They are married and the home would be considered an ASSET to Jim & Jeri . She would lose any government benefits. Please know that if he does go to Colorado for more than 5 days, that is considered a change in household. It would need to be reported to whatever agency covers Medicaid, Social Security & obviously the EBT supplements. I'm concerned that this is a ploy from his wife & her friend. If the friend is living there and/ or receiving mail & refuses to move ; a court eviction will be needed to oust her. I'm not a regular follower nor know the family dynamics. I had received a YT recommendation to watch his vlogging. I've been a spokesperson at several real estate events. " Your family & estate planning," The aging homeowner," & " what to do with my home." All aimed at the middle-aged & seniors. I' do not reside in Missouri.
