    OMG, I'll never steam again. Fried in the wok was the most tastiest I've ever tasted. The texture was incredible the flavor stupendous. I also used some fresh salmon chopped up as well 😋. I wasn't expecting it to taste so incredible. Thank you Thank you thank you 😊

    This ain’t lion head meatball…suppose to cook long till cut effortlessly yet can see the meat fibre. also to absorb in spring onion ginger water to make it juicy n remove any unpleasant taste

    There is a Chinese food restaurant in Phoenix, AZ that has the most amazing meatballs. I've never come across any other Chinese meatballs in my life.. its on 59th and and Indian school road. Back in the day they had a sister restaurant on 59th and bell road with the same meatballs. lol I've asked him for the recipe and the owner won't give it up. I've been eating these amazing meatballs since I was 4, now I'm 45. I know there are chef's out there that can taste a meal and know exactly what's in it, if this is you please let me know😃
