Wait a minute here. Sounds like all the blame is on the student athlete. Many (if not most) kids enter the portal due to the coaches at their current school pushing them in that direction to make way for transfers in or to meet the schools total allotment of players.

Myles Rowser signed with Campbell University-a DII or FCS school. Therefore, it was a grades/SAT/ACT issue that kept Rowser from Arkansas or Michigan.
I hate regulations. But something MUST be done. Transferring every year has to stop!
