I like to make muffins for my coworkers. I'll have to try this recipe. I wonder if I could use a combination of buttermilk and regular milk.. because it brings so much flavor to the party. 🙂
And I'm probably going to use sugar in the raw or turbinado sugar, those are huge crystals and really stand out.

We recently lost Daddy Jack Chapman of Cooking With the Blues. I can imagine a place in Heaven where Steve and Jack and many other before are all together making up celestial treats.
As the old saying states “ the mold was broken after God created Steve”, he truly stamped his marking in music and on tv, and Sheila the light of Steve continues to shine and allow us to walk in life with his presence, thank you!
