    Thank you for posting this recipe. I just made it and it was amazing! Brings me back to my childhood. I really appreciate the straining step. This is crucial because it also works to keep any leftover fish scales out of the soup. I eat he fish separately with a soy sauce dip for this reason – so I can pick our any scales the supermarket didn't remove. Thanks again!

    I made this dish for dinner tonight and it was so delicious! Thank you for taking me out of my comfort zone as I am not comfortable cooking fish if it’s not to steam or cook curry (to mask the fishy taste/smell).
