Thanks for sharing the bean recipe! Do you have a black bean recipe? Only asking because our bulk food delivery had a deal on a 50 lb bag of black beans and we have a pantry full! Also 50lbs of rice. Lol. Thanks for sharing! They look so good!

You girls are so cute! I love your enthusiasm! You & another lady I watch have inspired me to roll my change & order the Nesco 9.5 Pressure Canner! I'm retired & on Social Security but have a part time job, & I have been prepping for years. I have a huge brand-new canner for the stove top that I bought over 20 years ago but was never brave enough to try it! Thank you for the recipes you share & for the helpful hints about altitude. I grew up in the mountains in Southern NM & it brings back memories of my mom canning & always stressing how important high-altitude adjustments were in her canning & cooking.

Would you use same recipe for black beans?

Canned 12+ lbs of sirloin on the holiday
    >>>5 qts, & 7 steak meals= 27 meals for us, < $2 per person; 2 qts of kielbasa sausage to fill the canner.

And just got back from the Church Latter Day Saints pantry. 5 & 1/2 CASES of #10 cans of staples. Flour, oats, 2 potato flakes [SOUP MIX!!], as well as sugar, macaroni, spaghetti bites, dry milk. Milk is in pouches though-bummer.
Hoping they get in apples & carrots this coming week. Will get those and rice.
    Wish they did eggs.

    Keep stacking it.

Those beans look so yummy. I’m actually making crockpot beans this evening and I’m going to try this seasoning mix. Lovely friend mail – always enjoy watching those. Take care, enjoy these days of late summer / fall. Hugs to you both.
