This meal looked so delicious, I love country style ribs, they’re a favorite and hey, I use instant mashed a lot bc I’m cooking for only myself, I just doctor mine up, as you did, and they taste very good, no shame at all. That pie, yes please I’ll have a piece or two, lol! I’ve never seen any dessert made w/fresh watermelon, I’ve gotta give that a try, I love watermelon.
