    love this video! so happy to have found your channel 💛 definitelyyy feel you on the escapism tip. i've been feeling a lot of tough feelings coming up this past week and keep finding myself wanting to run. it's so cool to notice it though, like you were talking about. like when the mindless old habit of going on youtube to distract from what's coming up (which i've been seeing in myself too) becomes a bit more mindful. even before the shift away from the behavior can be made, i'm finding a lot of peace and gratitude in this process of noticing ✨
